In partnership with Industry, the aim of the BMIHMS Alumni Mentoring Program is to increase the employability of our graduates though empowering them to enhance their business skills through the development of their own business network on graduation. This program was launched in 2014, and designed to serve both undergraduate and postgraduate final-year students in preparation for their transition to the workforce.
It was implemented with the full support of the BMIHMS Alumni Board. Imperatively, it is open to all students – not just high achievers – and students must run their own program. Students therefore must learn how to engage with senior members of industry, how to interact and how to set an agenda of what they want to achieve. This network is designed to stay with them beyond the 6 months and into their career. Current students should speak to Career Develpment to apply.
