BMIHMS wins the double at the World Hospitality Awards

It was an evening of dual success for Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School at the World Hospitality Awards 2012 held in Paris on the 12th of November. Blue Mountains, as we previously reported, were ranked in the top 3 in the World in the Best Professional Success Category’ illustrating the hospitality industry recognition of our continued achievements combined with our student career success.

In addition to our own success the evening was made really special with a second award, won by one of our Alumni, Marcus Majewski, GM of the Clarion Hotel, Stockholm. Marcus’s team collected the hotel’s award as winners of the ”Best Marketing Strategy category for their marketing concept “Room for Art”

We are really proud of how our Alumni are constantly recognised, and how they stand out in such a competitive environment. We also take great pride in how Blue Mountains once again stood out amongst our hospitality educational peers.

Blue Mountains is ranked the number 1* for hospitality management in Australia and Asia Pacific and this additional recognition really reinforces our position as the leading educator in the region within the hospitality field. (*TNS Survey)
