This course was designed for experienced professionals wanting to change or enhance their careers or professionals with an undergraduate degree wishing to take their studies to another level. It provides an international business management qualification that enhances business acumen for the global hospitality and/or services organisation mindset.
All classes are held at our non-residential Executive Business Centre in Sydney. This location has the added advantage of being close to the hub of international companies in Australia, providing the chance to network while you undertake your studies.

The Masters degree integrates a 24 week Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement as part of the curriculum. This comprises a research project and a work placement dimension. It provides students with greater experience from a real environment while also building excellent networks of professional contacts.
The WIL introduces students to the work environment, challenging their reflective skills whilst developing research. It provides recognition that academic learning needs to be supplemented with actual workplace training. Students have the added advantage of being able to complete their Work Integrated Learning in either Australia or abroad, gaining valuable real experience that counts towards their degree.
There is an enormous range of positions related to global business management across a multitude of industries. You may enter a marketing department as a brand assistant, account manager or event coordinator; a finance department as a business analyst or corporate finance assistant; an operations area as a operations planner or project manager; an international trade as a supply chain analyst or import/export manager; as well as the retail sector as a merchandise manager, purchaser or marketing co-ordinator. You may also use the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge you gain to open your own business or act as a consultant.
