Be Everingham - Bachelor of Business (International Hotel & Resort Management) student
Completing my first placement in food and beverage and my second in front office gave me an in-depth understanding of both operations. This helped me identify roles I might like to apply for when I graduate.

About the Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains is a region located to the west of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. It's renowned for its striking landscape, including beautiful steep cliffs, lush eucalyptus forests and picturesque waterfalls. The famous Three Sisters rock formation is also located in the Blue Mountains. Its awe-inspiring backdrop creates countless photo opportunities.

At sunrise or sunset, the entire Blue Mountain range ignites into a mesmerizing palette of colours, casting a spell that keeps visitors returning time and again. And when you're in the Blue Mountains, you'll get the chance to spot unique Australian animals, including wallabies, kangaroos, and vibrant bird species like the crimson rosella.

Industry partners

A big part of your learning experience is industry placement. You’ll work with some of the most prestigious organisations in Australia and around the world, giving you the experience, skills and network to launch a successful career.
